Workspace settings

Workspace settings control draft retention, analytics data collection, 404 redirects, storage usage, and other workspace-wide preferences.

What you can do

• Set how long unpublished drafts are kept
• Control what click data is collected
• Set account-wide analytics defaults for new workspaces
• Configure a fallback URL for missing links
• Review estimated workspace storage (updated once per day)
• Open Continuity Mode to keep branded redirects working in your Cloudflare account

Before you start

Most settings can only be changed by the workspace owner. Analysts and members can view settings but not edit them.
